Sally Allen serves as the Coordinator for the Fifth Third Bank Entrepreneurship Institute at Northern Kentucky University. She provides assistance to the Director of the Institute in all areas of its operations. A vital part of the Entrepreneurship Institute since its inception, Sally leads the operational management, policy development, project management, budgeting, and strategic planning sectors. She exhibits leadership, communication, judgment, facilitation, and decision making in her position as coordinator. Sally also works closely with members of the advisory board and organizes the marketing efforts for the Entrepreneurship Institute.
Sally has been recognized for her service and leadership, as she has received the GCEC (Global Consortium of Entrepreneurship Centers) Distinguished Service Award, the STLP (Student Technology Program) Ambassador Award, and the Dean's Citation for Outstanding Staff Member.
Sally also manages and implements several major events for the Entrepreneurship Institute, including the Chellgren Pathways to Entrepreneurship Speaker Series, the Entrepreneurship High School Challenge, and The Castellini Foundation Master Entrepreneur Awards Celebration.
