Rodney D'Souza

Rodney D'Souza is an Assistant Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at Northern Kentucky University. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship and Strategy from the University of Louisville. He also holds an MBA from Northern Kentucky University, a Masters in Information Systems from Pune University, and
a Bachelors of Commerce from Pune University. Rodney teaches the new venture creation, the new venture management, and the business plan writing classes for the Fifth Third Bank Entrepreneurship Institute.
Rodney's areas of interest include entrepreneurial opportunity identification, new venture teams, and new venture financing. His
research has appeared in journals such as Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies and Journal of Small Business Strategy. Additionally, he has presented papers at conferences such as the Academy of Management (AOM), BABSON, United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (USASBE), and International Council for Small Business (ICSB).
